ABOUT

This all-star lineup of journeymen improvisers made its debut with concerts in Chicago in the winter of 2025, after Corsano took up residency in that city a few months earlier.  Although he and Rempis had worked together in the quartet From Wolves to Whales with Nate Wooley and Pascal Niggenkemper back in the mid-teens, this is the first time that Adasiewicz and Corsano have worked together with any regularity.  The depth of knowledge and experience between these three musicians, each of whom has worked closely with major figures of both the American and European improvised music scenes for roughly 25 years, is heavy.  When they combine forces, it gives a glimpse into the heights the music can reach when three seasoned veterans challenge one another's wit, humor, emotion, and technical capabilities.

The band will be releasing their debut album Dial Up on Rempis’ Aerophonic Records imprint in January of 2026.  They plan to tour the US that April, and Europe that fall.
